Error Report

    My name is Jeffrey M. McMahon. I received my Ph.D. at Northwestern
    University (NU) in Evanston, IL. My advisor was George C. Schatz. During this
    time, I also performed research at Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) in
    Argonne, IL. My advisor at ANL was Stephen K. Gray. Most of the codes on
    this website were written while I was at NU and ANL. Starting 8/2010 I will be a
    Postdoctoral researcher in the Physics department at the University of Illinois at
    Urbana--Champaign with David Ceperley.
